BLUE LIGHTNING OFFICE CLOSURE & NON-PAY DISCONNECTS
Statement from Blue Lightning Regarding Office Closure, Non-Pay Disconnects and Associated Late Fees
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 situation, Blue Lightning‘s office will be closed to public access for the foreseeable future until the crisis begins to subside and/or government leaders give guidance. Customers can still make payments at the office at our drop box by the front door, through our online payment service and by calling our office at 970-483-7343. We will keep you updated as more information becomes available.
Additionally, Blue Lightning will be delaying disconnecting service for non-payment and waiving non-payment late fees for the time being. Non-payment disconnect notices will continue to be sent to customers; however, service will not be disconnected at this time. The Blue Lightning staff is monitoring the situation closely and will determine when to reactivate the disconnect policy as this crisis resolves.
